MOVING YOUR TOOL

RGE have years of experience taking on new projects that involve moving tools into our factories. Our project managers will be on hand to facilitate the smooth transition of your tool, and have a procedure in place to make the process as quick and easy as possible. 

Materials are sourced before the tool is moved to allow production to begin as soon as possible. Any tool maintenance will be carried out and moudling samples are made to be approved before the first production run.

UK BASED PRODUCTION

Using a moulder outside of the UK or EU can sometimes cause problems and disruptions to your production. Import duties and taxes can cause additional and unforeseen costs, whilst shipping costs and times are often susceptible to global events and natural disasters. Communication issues and time differences can also cause delays to your project.
