RGE are able to offer personalisation services for our range of material handling products. Personalisation gives you the opportunity to add your own branding to the packaging that will be used to ship and store your products, preventing the loss or theft of your product while in transit.

Using personalised packaging can improve company perception. Using the same branding through all aspects of your company, right down to the returnable transit packaging, makes your quality and position as an industry leader instantly recognisable and known.

LABELLING

​We are able to offer a variety of labelling and branding techniques, including the automatic application of self-adhesive labels, which is available on many injection moulded parts. 

This would suit a number of requirements such as barcode labelling, or extra identification through quality or assembly stages.

PRINTING

Detailed markings, usage instructions and stunning graphics can be applied to cooled components using computer-controlled pad printing (tampography), which offers a premium finish to any product.

Simple decorations, such as company logos and product markings can be applied through the application of hot-foil blocking, usually during the cooling cycle.

ENGRAVING

Logos, text, or small designs can be engraved into the plastic injection moulded parts. 

This is a great way to ensure that branding or important information remains on each product even after being exposed to wet conditions or direct sunlight that could fade or damage printed labels.

COLOURS

From our large Extended Pallet Collars, down to the bale arms of our MultiNest Crates, the colour of each plastic injection moulded part can be changed to match our requirements. 

This allows companies to apply their branding to all aspects of their operation.
